WebI have an iPhone XR and have been on Straight Talk for several years. I just received my new unlocked IPhone 12 Pro. I ordered a SIM card last week and can’t get my new phone activated so I called Straight Talk and they said I needed a SIM card for a 5g phone. I went to a chat line and they directed me to a BYOP SIM card but it says 4g. WebThe phone goes into no service mode several times a day. Have spoken to customer service many times with no success. Further, have been told I would be reimbursed for the loss of service by straight talk reps, which is a lie, as no reimbursement has been made. Cannot recommend straight talk.
