Every solid mountain backpack looks like this. The other thing is indeed very light because it sacrifices ergonomics for weight. It has no padding on the back. I doubt it would be very comfortable in a day long march. You can't compare items based on specs alone.

But ultimately it depends on how much you will use the pack, what specific applications you will use it for, and what your other options are.
