WebTl;dr Only use ramps. The highway lane has one lane, a high speed limit, no zoning, and tends to automatically curve even in straight road building. The 2-lane one-way has two lanes (dur), a much lower speed limit, no zoning has zoning, whoops!, and builds straight unless you tell it to curve. So use what suits you.
