WebThis toner by Burt’s Bees has a strong smell when put on and it feels like a sort of film on my face after it dries. It dries fairly quick but I have not seen any difference in my skin after a couple months of using. It is not the greatest toner I have used but it’s great as a starter for sensitive skin! Helpful?
