WebA little background: I'm fairly new to fountain pens. I bought my first a few short months ago and was soon back for a 5-pack of Bulow X750 pens, which I loved. Being a huge n00b, I obviously dropped a couple directly on the nib, rendering them pretty much useless. WebJan 31, 2012 · These are nice appearing two tone nibs with tipping. I have no idea of their long term durability, but starting out are a nice option if you like the Ahab pen feel and just want a non-flex selection of nibs. I consider it an incredible deal, and will likely order two more 6-packs. I would call the Bulow a more typical western Medium size.

WebLooked at Xfountainpens website because someone linked it in a comment here, saying they sold replacement nibs. That's cool and all, but everything about the whole affair seems just a little shady. For one, it seems as though their pens are actually just Jinhao models, being sold at more than DOUBLE or TRIPLE the going price on eBay.
